Martina N. Larkin is Head of Europe and Eurasia and member of the Executive Committee of the World Economic Forum.
Previously she headed the Forum’s Global Knowledge Networks, which includes the Network of Global Agenda Councils, a braintrust of over 1,600 global experts across multi-disciplinary fields, and the Global Academic Networks, the foremost global community of universities, think tanks and other research based organizations. She was also the editor of the Outlook on the Global Agenda, which provides a top-of-mind perspective from the Global Agenda Councils on the challenges and opportunities ahead. Before building the Global Knowledge Networks, she oversaw the development of the Forum of Young Global Leaders, a community of exceptional young leaders under 40 from around the world.
Prior to joining the World Economic Forum, she was associate vice-president with Lazar & Company, a New York-based investment bank, and she has held positions in marketing and sales at Nestle Switzerland. Mrs Larkin holds an MBA and a BS in Finance. She is also on the Board of IDEA Foundation and Digital Switzerland and a member of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
